Modular shelving for cold rooms

Modular shelving for cold rooms featuring an anodized aluminum frame and food-grade polypropylene shelves. Staves are available either in white or brown colour.

This model includes three types of interchangeable shelf levels:
– “M”: with interlocking perforated staves which form a continuous surface
– “M-I”: with an AISI 304 stainless steel cover
– “Cold cuts hanging bars”: with 2, 3 or 4 bars

Component gallery

Those hooks replace the uprights in L shaped or U shaped layouts, thus allowing open-faced corner compositions.

The staves are made of polypropylene and are suitable for food contact. They can be removed and washed in the dishwasher.

Adjustable feet are valuable for leveling shelves in areas with slopes or uneven surfaces.

This unique interlocking peg serves as a fixing system that enables shelf assembly without the need for any tools, ensuring maximum stability as well.

Upright end caps provide protection against potential scratches during cleaning and also serve as an elegant finishing touch.

The caps for unused holing are always supplied with the shelving and protect against the risk of any scratches during cleaning.

Optional salami hanging shelves are available with two, three, or four bars.
